KINGS LANGLEY TOO GOOD FOR WODSON PARK

Seventh placed Kings Langley visited eighteenth placed Wodson Park on Monday night in the Spartan South Midlands League Division One. The result went with form as Kings Langley went 0-4 up at half time with the home side unable to muster a shot on target throughout the first 45 minutes. The second half saw Wodson show a little bit of spirit and fight as they scored two well taken goals with Kings Langley scoring a penalty kick and two late goals. Their prolific ex Berkhamsted FC striker Jimmy Armstrong scored four goals on the night and they also hit the bar twice in the second half with shots from outside of the box.

Kings Langley don't have much of break for their next game which is tonight at Welwyn Garden City.
