- playing Sunday 8th March

The game of the day comes down at the bottom of the league in a relegation six pointer as Witham Town on the right side of the drop zone face AFC Hornchurch on the wrong side and in the fourth relegation spot. The Urchins have two wins in their last six games which have both (importantly) come against relegation rival's VCD Athletic and Bury Town. Witham Town have one victory in their last six which came against another team fighting to avoid relegation in Harrow Borough. They have lost their last two games - both against Hendon!

A draw could see both sides end the day in the relegation zone if Harrow Borough beat Maidstone United at Earlsmead. Of course it's a big IF but Harrow will be in a confident mood following their 5-1 win at home to Wingate and Finchley on Tuesday evening. Ben Long, Lewis Driver, Marc Charles Smith, David Taylor and Ryan Hope scored the goals for Borough. After going five games without a win at home they have now won two in a row at Earlsmead.

Witham Town have scored eight times and let in nine in their last six compared to AFC Hornchurch on seven and seven with four coming in the game versus bottom side Bury Town.

21 AFC HORNCHURCH 33 8 8 17 31 41 -10 32 0.97 24.24% LLWDWL 1.25

Two coach loads of Enfield Town fans will be making the trip down to Margate. The last time The Towners were in Kent they recorded a unexpected 0-3 victory over table topper's Maidstone United. The Gate have conceded six goals and scored thirteen in the their last six league games with the Towner's on nine and six. Terry Brown's side have only lost twice at Hartsdown Park in seventeen league games which came against Peachaven and Telscombe and Dulwich Hamlet. The game is the return from the memorable night at Donkey Lane when Town convincingly beat the Kent side 3-1 in October. Nathan Livings, Ryan Doyle and Liam Hope got the goals then.

ODDS - Will both title chasing sides win on Saturday? The bookmakers will give you odds of 1.25/1. Will they both lose? The bookmakers will give you odds of 19.25/1

Wingate and Finchley will need to get back to winning ways following their midweek defeat. They face a tough trip to Met Police who lost their long unbeaten home run to a 0-1 defeat against Grays Athletic last Saturday.

The other play-off chasing sides are all on the road - East Thurrock United travel to P&T on Sunday, Leiston go to Grays Athletic, Bognor at Tonbridge and Kingstonian at Lewes. The Peacehaven game is being played on Sunday due to "The Big Parks Project Peacehaven" community event taking place in the town on Saturday.

Lewes are now under new management as Steve Brown has agreed to become interim manager until the end of the season. He will be assisted by Dave Jupp at The Dripping Pan. The ex Charlton Athletic played was in charge at Blue Square South side Ebbsfleet United until November. He took the Kent side to the play offs last season. His first game in charge will be Saturday's game versus Kingstonian.

ODDS - Will Steve Brown's appointment have a positive effect on The Rooks? You can get 7/5 for a home victory.

The biggest odds of the day are 4/1 which are for a Bury Town victory at Billericay Town or for VCD Athletic to win at Dulwich Hamlet.
